By using this website you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website. It shall be your responsibility to check the terms & conditions for any changes or amendments which shall be made from time to time

1. Papersoap.pk Business and Scope of the Service Provided:

Papersoap.pk is an ecommerce platform that sell paper soaps online to its users.

1. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Acceptance of the order is at the discretion of Papersoap.pk. A contract will only be given effect once we notify you that we have confirmed your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you. Payment of the order is due at the time of delivery.
2. Prices of products sold through our website may be different from those available in retail stores.
3. Papersoap.pk team will deliver the products at the address specified during order confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure presence of someone responsible to receive the order. Anyone receiving the order at the specified address will be presumed to be a person authorized by you to receive and is required to make full payment of the order. If the order is undelivered due to absence of any receiver or wrong delivery address, an additional delivery fees will be applicable on re-delivery of the order.

2. Terms of Use:

Any order placed by you at our website is deemed to have been placed in accordance with these Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility:

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and competent to enter into legally binding agreement. You shall not use this website if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

1. Pricing:

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Posted prices include all taxes and charges. In case of any additional taxes or charges the same will be mentioned on the website. All prices are maximum retail price unless specified otherwise.

1. Cancellation Policy:

It is our policy to permit you to cancel the order until a contract has been made effective i.e. before we notify you via email/sms/phone call of dispatch of the order. Once an order is dispatched, no cancellations can take place.

If any fraudulent transaction is suspected or a transaction is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such order. We may also flag such suspected users of our website, deny access to them and even cancel any orders placed by them.

1. Discounts and Coupons:

Each voucher/discount coupon may have certain conditions such as a minimum order requirement, single use or validity for a specific time period. Upon entering the coupon code on the website bill amount is automatically adjusted as per the conditions of the coupon. You are eligible to use only one promotional/discount scheme at a time. Discount coupons are irreplaceable if lost or stolen and cannot be sold, refunded, exchanged, transferred, shared or returned. No reproduction of voucher code is permitted. Papersoap.pk reserves the right to verify the coupon and declare it null and void if any duplication or fraudulent activity is suspected. All decisions of Papersoap.pk with regards to the discount codes and promotional coupons are final.

1. Payment:

All payments are to be made in full through our easypaisa account or any other online payment method (only in PKR). Currently we are not facilitating COD from our site for that you may need to use our store on Daraz.

1. Returns and Refunds:

We offer 7 days return policy by default in case of there is any issue in the product quantity or quality. Contact our support in case of return is required. However its Buyer responsibility to share all facts and details with our team. Your return will be accepted only if its properly validated and confirmed by our team. Buyer will be responsible to send back the product through post/courier, if return is approved and you payment will be returned to you as per your preferred method.

3. Intellectual Property:

All material contained on this website and/or associated to this service is owned by or licensed to Papersoap.pk. This material includes, but not limited to, design, layout, look, appearance, graphics and contents. Reproduction of any of the same in any form is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

The trademarks “Papersoap.pk” or any other trademarks associated to this service are the intellectual property of Quick n Easy exclusively unless stated otherwise. Whereas, the trademarks appearing on the third party’s products which are being displayed and offered to be sold/supplied through this website are believed to be the property of the manufacturers/suppliers of such goods or licensed to them or they have authorizations from the owners of such trademarks and Papersoap.pk does not take any responsibility or liability of any claim in respect of any use or misuse of such trademarks.

4. Delivery information:

We are delivering all over Pakistan. Papersoap.pk delivers seven days a week on a first come first served basis.

Delivery charges may vary as per the mode of delivery. The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices.

5. Your Account:

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these Terms and Conditions please contact our customer service team at info@papersoap.pk. To access some areas of the website, it is important to create an account and become a member of Papersoap.pk.

As per the agreement, in order to transact with Papersoap.pk you agree to provide us your correct, complete and up to date information including, but not limited to, your legal name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number and you are required to promptly notify Papersoap.pk of any change in your Customer Registration Data at info@papersoap.pk. Once you become a member, safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality of your account user name and password is your responsibility. Where a fraud is detected with your account or any other irregular activity, Papersoap.pk reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel any offers, your orders and suspend/terminate the account.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS WE SUPPLY, ALL CONTENTS ON OUR WEBSITE ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Papersoap.pk MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OF THE PRODUCTS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Papersoap.pk DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED ON THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THIS WEBSITE OR ITS SERVER WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED EVEN IF Papersoap.pk IS AWARE OF THEM.

8. Arbitration:

In case if any dispute arises between you and Papersoap.pk, and if same is not settled by mutual consultation, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, the award of the arbitrators or umpire, as the case may be, shall be final and binding and arbitration proceeding shall be held in Karachi.

9. Privacy and Security:

Papersoap.pk believes in giving the highest priority to its customers. Your privacy is important to us and we want you to feel safe and at ease while shopping at our website.
